    • Do all plans include the same features?

      Yes. Every plan includes the full set of core features. Pricing only changes based on the number of units you manage.

    • Does Tenantum work internationally?

      Yes. Tenantum supports all major currencies, so landlords and tenants can manage rent payments and invoices from anywhere in the world.

    • Is my data safe?

      Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud, with regular backups to prevent loss.

    • Will the price change after beta?

      No. Beta users lock in their pricing for life, even as new features and integrations are added. Some optional add-ons may be offered separately in the future.

    • Can tenants pay rent online?

      For now, tenants log in to their portal and upload a proof of payment or receipt number after paying through their preferred method (bank transfer, cash, mobile money, etc.). Landlords can then approve or reject the payment. Automatic online payments are coming soon.

    • Can I accept offline payments like cash or bank transfers?

      Yes. Tenants can upload proof of payment for cash, bank transfers, or mobile money, and landlords can approve or reject it. You can also log manual payments anytime.

    • Do I need to install software to use Tenantum?

      No. Tenantum is 100% cloud-based. You can log in from any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile — without downloads or setup.

    • Am I locked in if I start using Tenantum?

      No. There’s no vendor lock-in. You can export your data anytime, giving you full control and flexibility.
